Torqua does not use advertising or analytics cookies, neither its own nor third-party ones. It only stores what is essential for the service to work and what you choose (the language, the theme). That is why no banner asks for your consent: the law (art. 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE) exempts technical cookies and personalisation cookies chosen by the person using the service.
What is stored
Our own
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
taller.locale | The language you have chosen. It is stored on the main domain so that it applies to the panel, the portal and the website | 1 year |
taller.theme | Light, dark or system theme | 1 year |
taller.nav, taller.dock | Whether the panel sidebar is collapsed or open | 1 year |
taller.alcance | Whether the calendar shows the work of the whole workshop or only yours | 1 year |
In addition, signing in stores your session in the browser's local storage (it is not a cookie, but it works in a similar way). It is essential to stay signed in and disappears when you sign out.
The panel also keeps a copy of its own files (the program, its texts and its images) in the browser cache, so that it can open even without a connection. It does not store any data of yours or of your customers: only the program. It updates itself with each new version and is deleted when you clear the site data in your browser.
Third-party, essential
| Who | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Protecting the service from bots and attacks (Turnstile and the Cloudflare network may store technical security identifiers) |
| Stripe | Preventing payment fraud, only on the payment screen and the card screen |
Their policies: Cloudflare and Stripe.
How to delete them
From your browser settings you can view and delete cookies and local storage. If you delete the session you will have to sign in again; if you delete the preferences, they go back to the defaults.
Each workshop's website and widget
A workshop's website and the booking box that a workshop places on its own website use the same technical language and security cookies. If the workshop adds other tools to its website on its own, the cookies of those tools are the workshop's responsibility.
