My Torqua is the portal where a workshop's customer sees their cars, appointments, quotes and invoices with each workshop that uses Torqua. It is provided by Roberto Joao Tiron Tiron, Tax ID (NIF) 43945647F, with registered address at Calle Luis Alberdi 11 8E, 09007, Burgos, Espana ("Torqua"). These terms are for you, the person who creates the account. We process your data in accordance with the Privacy policy.
1. It is free
Creating the account and using the portal costs nothing, and we will never ask you for a payment method. What you pay to have your car repaired is between you and your workshop, not Torqua.
2. Your account
- It is a single account for all workshops. You sign in with your email and password, or with Google or Microsoft if you choose.
- Keep your password safe. If you suspect someone has got in, change it and write to us.
- Each workshop only sees what you have with it. Creating the account does not give any workshop access to anything of yours; the link with a workshop appears when there is a real relationship (you request an appointment, or you were already its customer with that same email).
3. What the portal is and what it is not
- It shows you what your workshop has recorded: appointments, quotes, invoices, photos and the history of your cars. That content is added by the workshop, and the workshop is responsible for it, just as it is for the work it does for you. If something does not add up, tell your workshop.
- You can request an appointment, accept or reject a quote and decide how each workshop notifies you. Accepting a quote in the portal means accepting it with your workshop, as if you had signed it there.
- If a workshop has WhatsApp automatic replies switched on, they are written by artificial intelligence and are identified as such.
4. Proper use
Do not use the portal for anything illegal, do not try to get into other people's accounts or get around security, and do not upload photos that are not yours or of your car.
5. Closing your account
Whenever you want, from the portal itself, by typing your email to confirm. Your account, your photo and your links with the workshops are deleted. What each workshop holds about you as a customer —its records, its invoices— belongs to it and follows its own retention periods; for that, ask the workshop. The Privacy policy explains what cannot be deleted and why.
6. Availability
We work to keep the portal running at all times, but we cannot guarantee that there will never be interruptions. If there is an outage, your data is still held by your workshop.
7. Liability
Torqua is liable under the law for damage it causes by failing to comply with these terms. Nothing in this document limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer. It is not liable for your workshop's work or for what the workshop records, which is the workshop's responsibility.
8. Changes
If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will tell you beforehand by email or when you sign in, and you will be able to close your account if you do not agree.
9. Law and courts
Spanish law. As a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence, and the law of your country still protects you if you live in another European Union country (Rome I Regulation, art. 6). For any problem, write to us first at info@torqua.app: it is usually sorted out that way.
