Anyone browsing the website undertakes to use it lawfully and not to try to damage it, access non-public areas or overload it. Torqua may change the content of the website and this notice whenever necessary; the version in force is the one published.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The Torqua name and trademark, the logo, the website design, the texts and the software belong to Roberto Joao Tiron Tiron or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without authorisation, except as permitted by law.
The content that each workshop publishes on its own website belongs to that workshop, which is responsible for it.
5. Links
The website may link to third-party pages (for example, Stripe for payment). Torqua does not control those pages and is not responsible for their content.
6. Liability
Torqua strives to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but is not liable for occasional errors not attributable to it, nor for interruptions of the website due to causes beyond its control.

8. Applicable law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. If the visitor is a consumer, they may go to the courts of their place of residence and keep the protection that the law of their country gives them. Between professionals, the courts are those set out in the Terms of service.
